    Mr. Levy brings over 50 years of experience as a litigator and advocate to each of his client’s cases. Previously one of Canada’s most renowned criminal lawyers, Mr. Levy’s practice is now entirely focused on representing clients who have been seriously injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident, slip and fall accidents, product liability injuries and medical malpractice. Earl’s unparalleled courtroom experience includes countless jury and non-jury trials.

    Mr. Levy graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the bar in 1963, and appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1977. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association, The Advocates’ Society and the Criminal Lawyers’ Association. In 1987, Mr. Levy was invited to be a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and became the first practicing lawyer to be awarded the prestigious G. Arthur Martin Justice Medal in 1996. In 2011, Earl was awarded the Osgoode Hall alumni gold key for achievement.

    Over the years, Mr. Levy has taught trial advocacy, and has been a frequent lecturer, panelist and demonstrator across Canada at various law schools, police associations and legal conferences. He has also authored a number of articles relating to trial advocacy and a text, “The Examination of Witnesses in Criminal Cases (6th edition)”.

    Outside the courtroom, Earl enjoys reading, exercising, classical music, movies, the Toronto Blue Jays, the Toronto Raptors, and making his wife happy.
